Sample report

What reaches you at the start of every month.

One page about your parents that you can read in two minutes and forward to your brother without explaining it. This is the thing you are really buying.

This is an example, written to show you the format. It is not a real family's report. Names, readings and doctors here are made up.

Why this page exists

Most families far from home get updates as scattered phone calls and half-remembered details. A written record means you can see a trend, spot a change, and show a doctor something real. It also means we can be held to what we said we did.

Your parent's first report will not look this full. It fills up as we learn their routine.

See what your parent's report would hold

Fifteen minutes on a call and we can walk you through this line by line, and tell you honestly whether Sarovan fits your family.
